it’s about finding a path forward.
One of the most valuable parts of this audiobook, for me, is how it offers steps to start healing. It’s not just about identifying the problem; it’s about finding a path forward. The discussions on setting healthy boundaries were especially helpful. I’ve always found it difficult to establish boundaries, particularly with loved ones, but the audiobook really gave me the tools and confidence to begin doing so. The emphasis on mindful, loving habits and how to replace fear-based behaviors was also good.

I learned so much
Listening to this book I really made the connection to some of the things that happened when I was a child and the way I relate to people now. Exspecially with my romantic. partners.
