Keto Diet

This audio book was extremely informative for me. I was especially interested in the topic that addresses muscle, which I never thought about before. Protecting muscle mass paired with the appropriate kind of exercise is very important. I knew nothing about this until I listened to this book. All the topics were important, but for me personally, the one on muscle is most important because of my age. I recommend this book.

One of the best ways to burn fat

It really all depends so much on what you eat. Exercise is important, yes, but if you are putting a bunch of calories in then the fat will remain. That's where keto comes in! One of the best diets to date.

Finally a realistic approach to the keto diet

What I liked best about this audiobook is its realistic approach to the keto diet. It's for normal women who have normal lives, which makes it easier to implement the suggestions.
