Creates self dialogue to a new relationship with yourself and food.

This book was an affirmation of the connection that I personally have developed with food. I was once an overweight teen struggling to balance my health. I am now a health coach and this book is a helpful tool to create new discussions with my clients. I highly recommend this book!

I read ALOT of health books... This is different

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes! This book is not just some atypical diet book. It is about health and nutrition. It not only talks about food but about psychology. In makes the true change where you need it, inside. Not just woo-woo spiritual stuff, but true psychology.

What other book might you compare Mind/Body Nutrition to and why?

I can't find one, I would love to find more like this.

Any additional comments?

I would recommend this to anyone who wants to learn about true health. Not just from a how-to perspective, but a deeper much more accepting one.

Bringing joy back to the table

I loved this book. Marc is so humorous warm and informed, he integrated so many aspects of health through his wisdom of the body and nutrition. I feel i understand my food journey more fully and that I can cheerfully go forwards into better health and a more relaxed lifestyle. This really is a must read/listen.

Great book!

If you've ever had any issue with food (I'm guessing that's about 90%of the population), you should read this book!

finally an expert who tells the truth

What did you love best about Mind/Body Nutrition?

The loved learning about the psychology of food and nutrition. I also appreciated how Marc David debunked all the diet myths out there. Finally someone who tells it like it is = there is no one size fits all diet/nutritional plan.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I had a number of "ah ha" moments and have already began applying these strategies and lessons to my life.

Any additional comments?

This is the perfect book for anyone who struggles to make sense of the diet/nutritional industry that's looking for truthful information and a plan that actually works. Those of us who've tried everything out there and are wondering why we lose weight only to gain it right back will enjoy this book.

a perspective born of truth

It is amazing to me how real timeless truths sit apart from all other information with such ease and distinction and yet so often it's the bs that's gets the most attention. Marc is clearly an example of a bearing quality fruit from genuine labors. the material he shares is worthy of standardized teaching in schools and cultures across the globe. we are blessed to have mold-breakers like him in the world.
