excellent book

. I really like the little nutrition facts about each recipe it makes eating as a vegan so much more fun and interesting even with fussy children. I would highly recommend this book and hope the author brings out more brilliant cook books like these! Good book but, would be better to see pictures for eg ..... Each meal should have a picture of finished product so we have an idea of what it looks like , also step by step pictures next to the words but still a good book.

mindblowing book

Turned off by the fact that the pages and images are NOT in color. I like pretty pictures, that’s my first step on deciding what to eat. If it looks healthy and pretty yummy, I want to eat it. If it looks grey, monochrome, lack of healthy colors I don’t want to eat it. For full transparency, haven’t tried any of the recipes yet.... I guess it does not excite me or motivate me to open it. :/

Nice book

Well done! Must have book!! My cookbook finally arrived today! I would suggest every newbie to the Instant Pot have this!! Clear step by step instructions walking you through each recipe. No guessing on what to do while cooking in your pot. I am so impressed and I know this will help me have good results while learning to use my IP successfully!

Amazing

This book was amazing for making a simple, helpful, healthful, meal plan each week. The recipes are all pretty tasty and they make life easier by using leftovers for some of the following meals. The only draw back was that some ingredients/ingredient amounts were not properly listed in the weeks shopping list. They were not things that you could not by more of quickly if you needed to though. Over all an amazing book.

Excellent

This is a great quick listen for anyone wanting to learn more about a whole foods plant-based diet. This book has some really tasty recipes that are easy to follow. It includes recipes that use everyday ingredients and are simple to make.
