Very Comprehensive Book!!

I had the opportunity to let a very close friend listen to this book and I knew it was going to go one of two ways... fortunately, she LOVED this audiobook. She's always complaining about something but mainly tiredness even after sleeping very well. After she listened to this book, she has a much better understanding on how hormones play a role in how you feel. It didn't matter how much I told her to get some probiotics in her system, she didn't believe what I had to say. And we're good friends! After listening to this book, she's all about the probiotics now. It's awesome that this audiobook comes with the PDF copy as well for quick referencing.

Informative guide on hormone health!

This was a great book to better understand what is going on with my hormones and my health. Everything is explained in a nice easy way that was easy to follow. The author gives tips for managing stress and improving sleep that I found extremely helpful. This book definitely gives you a clear picture of how everything is connected from your gut to energy levels. I am excited to see how I feel after a week of incorporating some of the suggestions into my routine! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for some answer to their hormone health! Also the narrator has a very soothing voice, I enjoyed the listen!
