Wonderful info

Great Listen

This audiobook was very informative and thorough. It covered things you would never even know affected your gut. I loved how it spoke about eating consciously and undistracted, focusing on eating and not busying yourself. It went it prebiotics and probiotics and suggested going to natural sources of nutrients in food, which I really appreciated because in this day and age where it is easier to just supplement, this book didn’t pick a side but recommended what would work better for us and pros and cons of each. Overall it was a gentle and easy listen. Practical tips and gives listeners aspects into gut health that you would never even guess were connected.

Exceptional!

Healthy lifestyle must have

This book helps you deal with issues that may have been otherwise difficult to figure out without the right information - things like strange skin complications or acne and digestive health issues. One never imagines these things to be connected. I love that the author did the work to help you figure out why your gut health should matter to you. fantastic

I like many Americans have had several issues with my gut due to heavy beer drinking. It can be hard to maintain a diet that reduces and removes these problems without specific knowledge. The gut holds many secrets to our total overall health! I have spent years on a quest for a healthy body.
