I found this guide to be very accessible and holistic, covering every aspect you need to cultivate and rediscover self-love! You'll find exercises, prompts, daily practices, habits here, very actionable across a wide spectrum of topics like body positivity, healing from toxic relationships, anxiety, and all aspects of personal growth. On top of all that, it even goes over how to teach self-love to children so that you can break the cycle right from the start! Even though this is mainly for women, I still walked away with a ton of additional ideas and reminders for things I have fallen off with, highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a one stop shop to rebuilding their inner relationship with themselves!

A Refreshing and Inspiring Listen!

Enrich Your Life With Self-Love
While it is important for us to love our family and friends, it is also very important to develop love for ourselves.
We can feel more at peace with ourselves by being intentional about treating ourselves with the same compassion, forgiveness, and care that we would a close friend. There are helpful practices in this book such as developing a morning ritual, writing in a gratitude and/or success journal or seeking peace in nature through ecotherapy. We are reminded that there are wellness apps that can help us reduce stress and give ourselves a much -needed break.
