A Daily Boost I Didn’t Know I Needed
This audiobook has become part of my morning routine, and honestly, it’s made such a big difference. I love how the affirmations are focused on areas that really matter—money, relationships, mental health, and just feeling good in my own skin. It feels personal, like it was made just for me and the experiences I go through. The author was able to capture the truth and provide origins for the burdens that so many black women deal with on a daily basis and this was done in such a way it made it easy to digest by breaking it down into manageable pieces. This was so deep and thought-provoking about how we pull into our space what we constantly think about - so keep the thoughts positive to keep out the onslaught of negative self-talk. I learned a lot. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic Book! Informative & Uplifting
As a black woman, it was refreshing to find a book geared toward our community. There are issues that our community faces that others would not fully understand and take the time to explore. Self-Love & Self-Care Affirmations for Black Women offers an empowering approach to our unique experiences as Black Women.
I liked how the author took the time to to into the history and science of affirmations. The author does a good job of helping the listener understand the deeper meaning behind the practice and I found that helpful.
I thoroughly enjoyed the chapter on Self-Care and Self-Love. This section offered practical tips that are accessible for anyone, regardless of where they are on their journey. You can tell that the author put a lot of time, research and heart into writing this book.

These Affirmations are very powerful
Self-Love & Self-Care Affirmations for Black Women” is a beautiful audiobook that I thoroughly enjoy. Although it’s tailored specifically for Black women, I believe women of all backgrounds can benefit from listening to these powerful affirmations. Black women face unique challenges, but I still find these affirmations incredibly empowering as someone from another culture. Hearing them spoken aloud is so much more impactful than simply reading them. The affirmations also offer practical guidance on incorporating better self-care into your daily routine. I highly recommend this audiobook!

Uplifting!
This book has been a breath of fresh air for me! The affirmations are very encouraging and have helped me refocus on taking better care of myself, both mentally and emotionally. I especially loved how it touches on different areas of life like relationships, health, and personal growth. The author also mentions that while this was written for black women, all women can benefit from this! If you're looking to bring more positivity into your life, this is a wonderful choice!
