Practical Tools That Really Help

I’ve been dealing with anxiety for a while, and this book offered tools I could actually use. The breathing exercises and body awareness techniques were surprisingly effective in calming my nervous system.

Useful, helpful, & practical info,, well written!

I received the paperback version of this book shortly after it was released, but I had already read several portions of the online version that was available before publication. I am very pleased with this Audible version as well. The narrator does a great job or presenting the material. The information and the exercises are clearly explained. Now that so many of us are feeling the stress of these complicated times I believe this information will be very helpful to me and others who get this Audiobook. I highly recommend the Somatic Therapy Solution..

A Life In Balance

This e-book was recommended to me by a friend. Prior, I was unfamiliar with the term Somatic Therapy. I’ve practiced Yoga, Tai Chi, and breathwork over the years on a limited basis with a limited understanding of the overarching benefits. After listening to this book, I came away with a deeper understanding of the science behind the mind-body connection. As someone who exercises regularly and suffers from chronic pain, the book has helped me understand the importance of listening to your body’s ques and knowing how to respond in kind, treat, and heal. The book is narrated well, and I felt a connection with the author/narrator, as if she truly cared about my wellbeing and was speaking directly to me. I recommend this e-book to anyone who is new to Somatic therapy, is interested in preventive practices, or seeks additional tools for achieving a life in balance.
