Publisher's summary

Time and time again, I see amazing people with weight issues who are in desperate need of a friend to really tell them the truth. As much as the truth hurts us all when we hear it, there is something magical about it. At first, most of us get offended, angry, and defensive. But once we calm the f--k down, the magic happens. We look in the mirror and deep down inside we know. We know that whoever told us we needed to lose weight not only was right but meant it in a nice and caring way (as f--ked up and hurtful as it sounded). In return, we fought back and probably said the wrong things back to that person most likely damaging or even ending the friendship.

The worst part is most of us don't have what it takes to go back and apologize or better yet thank that person for being honest and for having the balls to tell us we're fat.

So, the reason I made this audiobook is that most people take information and advice better from other people who are not close to them. No one is forcing you to listen to this audiobook, so you're doing this all on your own.

I personally think you're ready to change. Part of you truly wants to lose the weight for many reasons. Perhaps you want to be healthy, look like you looked years ago, feel beautiful, live longer, or maybe your reasons are like one of mine. I exercise because I want to look good naked. All kidding aside, whatever your reasons for losing weight are, they are all good enough. Trust me!

Believe it or not, the real problem isn't working out or even eating healthy meals all throughout the week. The problem is your "why" isn't strong enough. Humans do everything based on pain or pleasure. The pain of being overweight is not yet stronger than the pleasure you're getting by overeating and not being physically active. When your pain becomes stronger than your pleasure, that's when you will do something about it. Until then, you won't be doing s--t about it. I know that and you know that too.

Remember the magic I mentioned before? So when your friend causes you pain by telling you that you're fat or overweight or however they f--king told you, it gave you so much pain that you secretly started taking care of yourself. However, this won't last because you're acting out of anger and not doing it for the right reasons. In order for you to be successful, you must find a strong why. Perhaps someone in your family died from obesity or other medical complications due to their weight. Perhaps a lot of illnesses run in your family and a good way to fight back is by being healthy and at your ideal weight. Perhaps you truly care for your spouse and your children and don't want anything to happen to yourself. So get off your fat and unhealthy ass and do something about it. Find your "why".

I have been called many times by most of my clients "The Howard Stern of Fitness" because I tell it like it is. This is exactly what some of us need to hear from time to time. If you're ready to lose 10, 30, 50, or more pounds in the next three to twelve months, then this audiobook is for you !

This was painful to listen to…

Every 10 minutes was a pitch for his stuff on the web. If I didn’t pay money for this, I could ALMIAT see it, but I paid for something to NOT have ads. Several things that were said were blatantly wrong and everything was anecdotal. Nothing rooted in science. Don’t bother with this book.

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
