The beginning of control.

I love how this book clearly points out that this is not a cure all, it’s a weapon to work toward beginning your control over anxiety. Feels as though the author really is on your “team” routing for you to accomplish this.
Easy to listen, fluid, very insightful, and smooth transitions.

It's great to follow the exercise on this book

This is not just to read, it is to follow the and commit to the methods proposed by the author. I have found new ways to get were I wanted, it's a slow path but it's working for me .I'm so excited to start trying all the tools I have learned to overcome this type of anxiety. Highly recommended.

Great audible to calm a stress or anxious mind!!

I have been living with anxiety for the past 2 years. although it's been a difficult journey since then, I've also learnt to fight it and deal with it. this book has given me a fresh perspective to managing and dealing with anxiety and related symptoms.

So useful.

I heard the book just over a week ago, before attending a family get-together, and felt more comfortable conversing with people than I have for some time. I needed help to believe others are not judging everything I do and say and how I look. This book helped. I plan to re-read the book to reinforce the message. It takes time and practice to overcome from anxiety, and it's worth the effort.

This is helping me greatly.

I found this audiobook to be really easy to listen, while also being informative and useful. It offered really solid perspectives, as well as the practical tools to actually start implementing new ideas.
