Great for relaxation
If you've had a stressful day, this is the perfect audio to listen to and feel relaxed. There's something about listening to birds in a rainforest that can take all your stress right out of your body. This is also great for small children to listen to while they nap. It also keeps other noises from waking them. Highly recommend.

Great for night owls and bird lovers
Clear and easy to listen to for hours on end. For a while this, audiobook let me forget that I am in the middle of a dark and miserable Winter. It is just like you have been transported to the most dreamlike of Rainforests, without all the poison dart frogs, leopards, and boa constrictors. The overall atmosphere it creates is very soothing and easy to listen to as a whole. But if you are also an avid fan of avifauna, you will absolutely love listening to this production and picking out all the different bird chirps and trills. It's almost like counting sheep, except you can actually relax and fall asleep to it.

Relaxing and transporting ambience
I’m always looking for new background ambience for working, meditating, doing yoga, etc. This has been a great addition to my collection - the blend of exotic insect, bird and other jungle sounds are perfect for a variety of situations, and have just the right balance of constancy and variation to keep me focused and mentally stimulated.
The audio quality is superb throughout, and volume level is consistent. It’s broken up into several sections so you can remember your favourites and jump right to them, or easily skip around for a change of pace.
Very satisfied overall!

Amazing soothing sounds that helped me fall aspeep
I slept like a baby after listening to this. Absolutely recommendable.

The quality of the sounds is top notch.
I really felt like I was in the forest when listening to this.

How do I relax? By using this audiobook.
A gateway to find peace with real sounds, I find myself not sleeping many nights as I am caught up in the noise of my life. It has been helping me not only stay in a clear, peaceful mindset with the real sounds but actually helping me fall asleep. I use it as background sounds even while I work! Highly recommend you try it out.

Transporting, Relaxing
After spending a summer in Costa Rica, I've struggled to replace the sounds of the jungle I would hear falling asleep, or just spending time around the property. This audiobook however is the closest title I've found to replicate that ambient noise, with the different birds exchanging in chorus. That sound is truly unique, and something I will always find value in.
Whether you've moved from the tropics and are looking to find this sound again, or are looking for an enrapturing audio relaxation experience for sleep or stress, I would definitely recommend this audiobook!

Feels like you are floating in water
I always love to sound of nature and flowing body of water. I find them very relaxing and soothing. This audiobook is perfect and I couldn't recommend enough for people who like to have relaxing music play in the background while you're working. You can even you it as background music while doing relaxation meditation. Definitely makes you feel like you are floating in water listening to the Mantayupan Falls in Philippines.
