Great meditation for sleep
Heal Your Anxiety: Sleep Meditation is just the right meditation I needed in my life ASAP. I was stressed and anxious for a couple of weeks and couldn't sleep properly, but with this meditation, I fell asleep so fast I didn't even finish listening to it. My favourite relaxation tool
What a discovery! At the beginning it feels strange, but in a matter of minutes you enter a very pleasant state of relaxation, the attention you pay to your breathing calms your mind a lot. Throughout these days I have noticed a substantial improvement, my anxiety has gone down a lot and I have managed to sleep deeply and I have become more aware of my body. I am very happy. It has been years since I had such a good rest. I recommend it.
