As soon as I got this audiobook, I gave it to my spouse to possibly motivate her in her weight-loss journey. The following response is from her rather than me. "I like this audiobook. The narration is motivating and keeps me in line with my goals. I particularly enjoyed the last chapter on affirmations and will probably relisten to this chapter every morning to stay focused."
