a true healing process
After listening to this comprehensive guide on the healing of trauma, I felt both empowered and hopeful. An approach to trauma through an audiobook that really spoke to me through a holistic lens, putting together practical tools with emotional support. I appreciate how it respects the severity of trauma and emphasizes at the same time strength in survivors. It includes some mind-body practices and exposure techniques, which complement this holistic method of healing that actually feels accessible for me and effective. Finally, after listening to the audiobook, I has been mostly inspired and now takes away new skills confronting and overcoming trauma. Therefore, it has cultivated an even deeper sense of possibility and how resilient one could be-resilient: to know such healing can be possible and can actually be achieved, no matter how severe one's experiences in life have been.
