Healing with Nature!
Dang, it was the first time for me to hear about earthing and grounding and the benefits from cosistently practicing it!! I just know that nature can heal us in some ways but this book taught me the right way of doing it. I'm so thankful that I got the chance to read thiS!!

Feel Better Naturally
I heard about grounding from a friend and wanted to learn more. This book made it easier to understand the idea of connecting with the Earth to improve health, which is something I only recently heard of. I’ve already started trying some of the ideas, like walking barefoot in my yard, and I’m looking forward to seeing if it helps my sleep and stress. One With Nature
I enjoyed listening to the audiobook Introduction to Earthing and Grounding. This holistic approach to connecting with nature and using Earthing and Grounding allows your body to heal itself naturally. Our society has gotten away from walking barefoot, especially in colder climates, and this is a way to get back to our healing roots. The narrator was soothing, adding to the ease of listening to the book.
