Amazing book
The author really know what she is talking about, she shared the mindset of "naturally thin" people and she hits the target. So good, I would love to know more about the author but I can't find anything on line. She deserves to be known and successful.

This has been the most logical and easy to listen to "Self-Help" book I have ever read. What I like most about this book is that it gives you the tools to actually implement the habits and theory into practice. I highly recommend this book to everyone.

Informative
I thought the book was easy to get through and seems to ring true in my gut as to how we should behave; but that being said I believe a lot of it to be a tall order for people stuck in todays societal habits. With all weight loss suggestions, you have to really want it and be willing to sacrifice to get it! Which in my experience is the really hard part.

worth a read
When reading these type of books, I always feel like you had to do what works for you. If you can find a small change that will better your life then it was worth it. All the tips are not going to work for everyone and it's too overwhelming to try and implement all of them. I found a few things that worked for me and make it worth the read.
