Love this book!

Thank you for this book this is great for my body flexibility. I've been wanting to do chair yoga long time ago but I don't know where to start but with this as my guide I think I will enjoy the whole process because this book is so easy to understand and there's a lot of poses available. I will recommend this to my friends I'm sure they will love it.
