Short n sweet, but nothing we don't already know about. Maybe if it had more about The Induction like samplesm then maybe it would be more enticing.

What a waste! Thank God it was only $1.89. Shame on me for not reading the other reviews. There is no diet, just him talking about his diet. What a joke! Where is the diet?

I was expecting the book to give me the 4 day detox plan. It didn’t give the plan it only talked about what to do.

What would have made The 4-Day Detox better?

I had no idea this was just a little "commercial" for the real thing. It doesn't tell you anything!!! Why did I pay $2 to listen to you tell me why this detox was good?!?! Kind of pissed.
