Guía simple y clara.
Me encanta que este libro proporcionó un excelente punto de partida para tomar decisiones inteligentes sobre la comida. Las explicaciones son muy claras, lo que hace que sea mucho más fácil comer de manera correcta.
También me gustaron las sugerencias para reducir el consumo de azúcar. Eso puede ser complicado, pero se hizo mucho más fácil una vez que aprendí algunas formas sencillas de reducir mi ingesta de azúcar.
