Really great information, well organized includes

Really great information, well organized includes in this book. This book has a lot of citations and references from other books that have been condensed into one quick easy to listen book on the basics of intermittent fasting. I like that I was able to quickly get what I needed from it. I enjoyed listening it and the message resonated with me. I also listen authors book on obesity and, between these two books, feel my life is about to change for the better. I would highly recommend it for anyone trying to improve!

Wonderful book!

Its second book of this series intermittent fasting for women that I got, caloric intake and fasting tips are worth, for healthy lifestyle its have helpful and easy to follow tips, it has some how changed my perspective about fasting.

Easy to follow instructions on how to make healthy meals and there is a lot of good information about Mediterranean cooking and many many recipes.It is a very good book for the beginner who want to loose their fat easily.

Good info...

A good introduction for Intermittent fasting with good explanations of bodily process and impact on cellular levels and blood levels.Makes it doable and not something difficult to follow or presenting as if fasting is a magic bullet above all else.

An informative book. Am pleased with the fact that this book is dedicated fully to educating women. its a book with rich content and information. I tried this book recipes and found great change in me. You can lose your weight without losing health with the help of this book recipes. To effectively reduce weight you can recommend it for this book, it is easy to understand. I highly recommend it

Useful one!

This book throws a bit different light on the whole fasting idea. The diehard ketosis lovers are very regimented with their monitoring of blood glucose and macros. I find that a bit tedious when I want to make a lifestyle change that isn't so all-consuming, so I learned that it can be done by going a little easier.
