Story
In 2022, Lisa Marie Presley asked her daughter to help finally finish her long-gestating memoir. A month later, Lisa Marie was dead, and the world would never know her story in her own words, never know the passionate, joyful, caring, and complicated woman that Riley loved and now grieved. Riley got the tapes that her mother had recorded for the book, lay in her bed, and listened as Lisa Marie told story after story about smashing golf carts together in the yards of Graceland, about the unconditional love she felt from her father, about being upstairs, just the two of them.

Story
Sydney Shaw, like every single woman in New York, has terrible luck with dating. She’s seen it all: men who lie in their dating profile, men who stick her with the dinner bill, and worst of all, men who can't shut up about their mothers. But finally, she hits the jackpot. Her new boyfriend is utterly perfect. He's charming, handsome, and works as a doctor at a local hospital. Sydney is swept off her feet. Then the brutal murder of a young woman—the latest in a string of deaths across the coast—confounds police. The primary suspect? A mystery man who dates his victims before he kills them.

Mastering "OCD": A Simple Six-Step Workbook
Having a psychology background within the military, I do wish they would have discussed the difference between OCD and OCPD a little further as these are two different disorders and often used synonymous with each other. That being said for OCD specifically - This book offers a stress-free approach to understanding and managing OCD through a clear six-step process. It combines practical CBT and ERP strategies to help you tackle compulsive behaviors and achieve a state of peaceful mindfulness. The workbook format makes it easy to follow along and apply the techniques in everyday life, providing a helpful path toward greater mental clarity and relief. A must-read for anyone looking to take control of their OCD and find inner peace.

Super Helpful! Great Resource!
As someone who has battled OCD for years, especially in the workplace where stress is elevated this book was full of useful information. As I listened to the straightforward 6 step approach it struck me as extremely relatable and easy to understand. I've tried to tackle my struggles before and the other books and resources seemed overly clinical and I lost interst. Great tool and resource!

Relevant and Helpful for Anyone with OCD
I find this book incredibly relevant and helpful for anyone dealing with OCD. I have a friend who often feels overwhelmed and distracted by her surroundings as she goes about her daily tasks. This leaves her feeling confused, with unfinished tasks and numerous plans that never reach completion. It’s difficult, stressful, and worrying. After listening to this audiobook and learning some manageable tips, I immediately recommended it to her, hoping it might help. She shared that the practical exercises have already started making a significant difference, helping her slowly stay on track with her routine and focus on the positive. I truly appreciate how thoughtful this book is, offering support for staying focused, managing tasks and routines, and handling the cycle of obsessive thoughts and actions.
