Gives understanding

I feel like the combination of CBT and ERP techniques are essential to managing and helping with OCD. I think the 6 steps in here can be a helpful guide to self care and self awareness. I really enjoyed the mindfulness exercises to help with overreacting or panicking. Gives guidance and hope. Helpful.

Having a psychology background within the military, I do wish they would have discussed the difference between OCD and OCPD a little further as these are two different disorders and often used synonymous with each other. Super Helpful! Great Resource!

As someone who has battled OCD for years, especially in the workplace where stress is elevated this book was full of useful information. As I listened to the straightforward 6 step approach it struck me as extremely relatable and easy to understand. Relevant and Helpful for Anyone with OCD

I find this book incredibly relevant and helpful for anyone dealing with OCD. I have a friend who often feels overwhelmed and distracted by her surroundings as she goes about her daily tasks.
