Super Helpful! Great Resource!
As someone who has battled OCD for years, especially in the workplace where stress is elevated this book was full of useful information. As I listened to the straightforward 6 step approach it struck me as extremely relatable and easy to understand. I've tried to tackle my struggles before and the other books and resources seemed overly clinical and I lost interst. Great tool and resource!
