I did love this book, honestly; I put on my headphones and started listening; the author created a very positive, safe, and relaxing space for you to dive in; the book provides so many good insights that will help you to get rid of your extra pounds!

I'm so glad I found this book. I've been needing to lose weight for a while and have had a hard time sticking with it. This book focuses on mindset, which is the root cause of not sticking to a diet. The meditations in this book are easy to listen to, relaxing, and effectively train your brain. Excellently produced audiobook
A lot of affirmation books mess up in two ways: they don't give you context for what you're experiencing, and they have bad narrators. This book avoids both of those problems.
It's really well-written and well-researched, and the narrator is fantastic.

Extremely fascinating!!
It was enlightening and insightful. After years of struggling with weight loss, I think this book can really help.
