More Time for My Family

What a pleasant suprise!

I have ADHD and I’ve read a dozen ADHD books that promised results and delivered confusion. But this one is different—clear, relatable, and full of stuff I could actually use. I’ve already recommended it to three people. It gives clear tips to manage stress and ideas on how to complete tasks. It's very helpful.

Morning Routine That Works for Me

I’m not a morning person at all. But this book helped me build a super simple morning routine that doesn’t overwhelm me. I am now trying to practice getting out the door without forgetting something major. I will overcome this little by little.

Friendly, Relatable and Real

It felt like this book was written by someone who gets it. The tone was warm, the advice was helpful without being preachy, and I laughed more than once while reading.
