Learning all things somatic
I am still struggling with life's challenges and having difficulty sleeping along with loving myself. Wanting to change all that, I came across this audiobook on a thing called somatic therapy. I am loving the book. It is well written, easy to follow, and the guidance is just what I needed. I already feel better and am learning to give myself grace.
